What are the steps for foreigners to register business in Kenya?
When applying to register a business on www.brs.go.ke, you will be asked to declare whether the company you want to register is local or foreign. Select foreign. From there, you will be able to proceed to provide any documentation that may be needed to be assisted.

When I register a sole proprietor business; is ok to use my personal KRA PIN to carry out my business?
Yes you can. Its easy to manage than having a separate business KRA PIN. This is unless you have you have steady flow of income, that’s when you can consider having a separate PIN.
