Cheptiony Digital Consult is a video production and Digital Services business that offers its services remotely worldwide and onsite in Kenya. By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1.0 Data collection
We collect some personal and non-personal information from you when you register, book an appointment, place an order, or contact us. We use this information to process your order, communicate with you, and improve our services. We do not sell, share, or rent your information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or court order.
1.1 Terms of Service
We provide requested services according to your specifications and requirements. You are responsible for providing us with accurate and complete information, materials, and feedback. We are not liable for any errors, delays, or damages caused by your failure to do so. You retain all rights and ownership of your content unless otherwise agreed on the contract.
1.2 Contract Terms
Our contract with you begins when you book an appointment and pay, place an order and sign a contract and ends when we deliver the service/final product to you. You can cancel your order at any time before we start working on it, and receive a refund minus 30% administration fees. If you cancel your order after we start working on it, you will be charged a cancellation fee based on the percentage of work completed. We can also cancel your order at any time if we encounter any technical or legal issues that prevent us from completing it, and refund you the amount paid minus any expenses incurred.
1.3 Payment Terms
You agree to pay the price quoted for our services at the time of placing your order. We accept payments through Wise, debit and credit card, Mpesa and Cryptocurrency. You are responsible for any taxes, fees, or charges that may apply to your payment. We will not start working on your order until we receive 50% down payment. The payment guarantees us that you are serious about getting your project completed. We will deliver the final product to you through a virtual one on one consultation, email on FTP or a download link within the agreed deadline.
1.4 Rights on Content
You own all rights and ownership of your content. We do not claim any rights or ownership of your content. However, you agree to give us credit as Techtube Video Studio Ltd in the end credits of your video or in any other appropriate way. You also agree to allow us to use your video as a sample of our work on our website or social media platforms, unless you request otherwise in writing. This can also be done by sharing with us links to the content after you have published them.
1.5 Satisfaction Guarantee
We guarantee 100% satisfaction with our services. If you are not satisfied with the final product, you can request up to three revisions within 14 days of delivery. We will make the necessary changes according to your feedback and deliver the revised product within a reasonable time. If you are still not satisfied after two revisions, you can request additional revisions and additional fee based on the time spent making the revisions will apply.
